Moderating on HG

Generally we do our best to keep things running smoothly, sometimes things will get deleted, edited or moved to keep things tidy and sensible. Sometimes we make mistakes. Take it all with good humour, don't be too precious, don't be abusive, don't be a bam, don't be over sensitive and generally try to talk sense and well you probably won't be back reading this post again!!
We don't have a complaints department, nor lots of free time to negotiate and debate every decision made. So unless it's something that REALLY matters to you... (and of course sometimes it will matter)
But, let's remember moderating isn't all bad!! Let's not forget that there's lots of time actually willingly devoted to requests for action or help of some sort, whether its editing a post to take back some hasty words, to merge threads, or split things up, fix a picture, etc etc
Unlike todays gripes would have you believe, we do more than delete posts!!!
