The Barrachnie Inn has just been renamed THE EAST END FOX. So it's the end of an era. Quite sad really.
I don't even know if it is even a pub anymore ...? I don't think it is. It might be a restaurant or something like that.

There was a folk duo -- Robin Hall & Jimmy McGregor, away back in the fifties and sixties, and I read somewhere that the Barrachnie Inn was mentioned in one of their songs. Wish I knew what the song was called. I would like to hear it.

the east end fox is the latest offering from celebrity chef ferrier richardson.he has secured the lease from greene king and will be running it as an out of town gastro pub.hope this helps war baby.

the east end fox has just won a pub of the year award after being opened just ix months ago.the award has come from greene king.aye right.
