On inspection, it's distinctly heavier in design at the bottom; the first clue. The decorative motifs employed in the casting are quite clearly the right way round: The trefoil frieze along the top are 1 above 2, the five-petalled rose forms a pentagram, next are the bell flower garlands (which do look a wee bit like they're upside down... but they're not ), notice the collar with the volutes scrolling downwards with more bell flowers garlands hanging from them and forming a mouchette around a scallop shell.
