Merry Christmas, all of you.

In keeping with tradition, I plan to be eating a big Chinese takeaway today. I hope Jesus would approve.

Take away sounds appealing in my current vaguely hung-over state, but I will be getting a trad feed at the in-laws.

Merry Xmas to all HGers!

No posts here since Christmas Day - you must be starving!
Got a wee poussinn at Morrison's' the other day. Used the wings to make stock for a risotto tomorrow, saved the legs for, well, I'll think of something and cooked the body in a sofrito - sautéed onion, carrots and celery with wine - served with roast vegetables. Lots of plonk.
