Thick grass now covers most of the sites, so it's quite weird seeing a grid of streets, with lamp posts, (and the odd post box) but no buildings between, just grass.

I think i know where you mean....just before Siemens Street.
I think this can also be seen at Dumbarton Road heading west from the bottom of Dyke Road along toward Yoker Ferry Road...i'm certain there must have been houses there at some point!
