All I see is the smallest - (as in minus) symbol. and yer newly re-sized avatar. I prefered the large logo as it had more impact, but the Boss has spoken, she can be so cruel at times I tell ya!

well...i never did get around to setting more ranks up...hence why its stopped at second stripe!!
