BIG icons?

Why has everything on my computer suddenly turned HUGE? It's really really annoying. It looks like I've gone back to the days of 800x600 or even 640x480 screen res. I'm running it, as always, at 1024x768 though. And I've just checked the windows XP control panel and 'Enlargened Icons' are off, meaning I can make them bigger still. 8O
Anyone got any ideas?

You can ignore this problem now. I've sorted it :D
I just changed the DPI setting from deep within the ATI graphics card properties. Goodness knows how this managed to be changed in the first place though :?
