Didn't do me any good All I was left was a few dodgy pictures from my wander:

I have been thinking of trying to get some long exposure shots from the bridges over charing cross at night for a while ,but i had some doubts about the quality of night shots from my old compact camera. i used the cameras maximum 15 second exposure and had the camera mounted on my mini tripod. I am very pleasantly surprised with the results.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Charing Cross Tower hotel the other weekend and saw this wonderous site from the 8th floor. I tried to take a phone pic but got too much reflection back from the window.
