Where's the bottom picture from, and when? I'm going to take pics of the Waverley tomorrow if it's nice, with my new (well it's new to me, and my first one) digital camera. I love the Waverley, can't wait to go on it this season as I don't remember being on it in the Clyde when I was younger. Was on it in Devon last summer though - it's great.

The old lady hit the Gantocks which lay off Dunnon areound the 1980's if I recall. We were preparing a yacht for some of the Clyde races at the time. She was lucky to survive such a grounding as she could have easily broken her back. Refloated at high tides and drydocked. If i remember correctly she had problems with paddles causing her to yaw off course and hit the rocks.
