You could screenprint that last one and give Avril Paton a run for her money.

… no, wait, right enough. Cracking pic.

Wonder what percentage of the world's photographs are taken while Waiting on Women™.

Hi there,

I saw this post and thought about a video I'd found...

I thought I'd post it, as it seems relevant

A View from Pacific Quay at Night. (Video)
http://www.scotlandontv.tv/scotland_on_tv/video.html?vxSiteId=60fdd544-9c52-4e17-be7e-57a2a2d76992&vxChannel=SeeScot%20Places&vxClipId=1380_SMG1565&vxBitrate=300

There are some stunning views at night! The lights in Glasgow really are beautiful!

Richard.

^ Neat, looks like some ancient Daguerreotype (apart from the aerial on the roof).
All the world seems in tune on a Spring afternoon, when we're poisoning pigeons in the park.

Here's one of the Wolfson Medical School at Glasgow Uni, and another one I took of a covered motorbike walking home through the campus on that night we had the terrible fog.

The fog must have been bad if a motorcycle had to walk home.

I'll take that as a compliment!

Oldfart: That first one is really cool, I like the vignetting and I think the broken up orange-tinted light beams make it look like a vintage war-time photo. The silhouettes in the third one are really nice too.

The third one should be the background for a film poster like Lord Sleek Rises from The Grave. All the nonsense about best boy, Kirby Grip, Director etc could be typed in white along that bottom blackness.
