Nice one, I love macro, but sold my lens a few weeks ago because I didn't use it enough. However you have put me in the mood for some nice pattern shots now

Cheers minxy, I use a TZ7 compact camera with magnifiers attatched to the front with a threaded ring that came from Canada and I found on the internet.

Just goes to show you don't need to pay a fortune for a dedicated macro lens Dave, you've got nice sharp focus on the eye and narrow DOF there. Cracking wee pet, did you give him/her a name?

The "Priscillia ring" to add the thread to the front of my camera was less than $16 and the magnifiers were less than a tenner so a nice cheap addition to my camera case.

It's illegal to trade in tortoise without a license but not illegal to own or buy one.

You should have a buyers certificate (in duplicate) with the original copy being sent to DEFRA. If the tortoise is passed to a new owner, the new owners name must be added to the certificate and that copy sent to DEFRA in order for a new copy to be sent to the new owner.
