The body to the bottom right of the moon is in roughly the correct position for Venus but Jupiter should be to the right and slightly above the moon.
My main doubt though is the magnification used seems to be very high and would give a narrow depth of field so I think that you have picked out a couple of stars.
Venus and Jupiter should be the brightest bodies observable with the naked eye in the sky at this time of year.
Easiest way to tell a far off star from a planet is that a star twinkles as it emits light but a planet does not emit light but reflects a constant light from the sun.
Many a happy evening as a schoolboy spent at the old university observatory dreaming of becoming an astronaut.
Well done for an excellent capture though.
