Elmer here has just exited the pub with his mates, he spots me snapping away at the sculptures on the old High Court Building & decides to put on a wee display for his pals. Here we see the fud pretending to consider elevation & windage before clicking the buttin on his wee mobile. Laugh? I nearly started.
