Pride and Joys!

Postby McShad » Sat Feb 04, 2006 5:49 pm

I was out cleaning the muck off the bike from last nights fog, with my mind drifting as usual... and I was thinking of the meeting last night etc...
And I thought that we should have a little photo thread for peoples pride and joy... be it bike or car

So, to get the ball rolling... allow me to show off :)

How much are these things? I've been toying with the idea of getting one.

The X9 125 can start at something like £2000.... cant remember exactly how much

There is a 250 model

And the flagship 500 Evo is a cool £4649 now

The 500 has the Piaggio Master engine.... they have to be service and repaired by a master dealer and there is only 2 in scotland... Ayr being the closest to Glasgow. Can be a pain, but also good in a way.

The bike comes kitted with integrated com system so you can answer your phone while on the go, or listen to the radio... and talk to a pillion. Electric main stand.... remote saddle release... which can store your helmet.... fully automatic, centrifugal clutch and goes all the way to 110mph

And its really comfy for long haul commutes

Postby hazy » Mon Feb 06, 2006 10:27 am

I have noticed a wee trend here. ! wee lonley bike then along comes its wee pal then there is a bunch of then and what happens next. They start shaggin and have two ugly babies with fully grown moustaches. Stop this before it becoms an epademic.

The Go Kart:

It's got new wheels now, those ones got, umm, broken. Should really get some new pics.

The new project, if I ever get it up the road to get started on it:
