Make 2 layers
With your second layer goto>Image>adjustments>desaturate
You will now still have 2 layers one colour one B and W
Get your paint brush tool or eraser and start painting the area you want as spot colour

I d-l'd adobe photoshop cs2, but dont have a clue what im doing, is there anyway someone could post up an idiots guide on how to do this
