There's an alleyway just off Argyle Street (Anderston end) that leads into a brilliant wee back court thing with a tiny cafe and sundry businesses. Somehow I ended up lying in the middle of the road trying not to get run over by a van:

The Hidden Lane. The cafe site is http://thehiddenlane.co.uk A brilliant wee place to play when I was a boy. It was a bit more industrial then but that made it more fun.

Edited to add. Great photo potatojunkie.

One of the more colourful parts of the city. In a pantone kinda way.

Sundry businesses:

Gibson - very nice. :)

I always wanted an SG special like Angus Young, but having had my hands on a few I've found a variation in build quality and quite disappointing in most cases. That said, my friend Pete picked up a perfect example and let me have a go. I showed it some fingertips and it practically played itself. Can't put a price on a good Gibson.
