See in that third photo from the top, by Mr Oldfart, is that a *garden shed* on the roof on the right :?:
If it is, that's seriously cool, in a kind of cool-shed-on-the-roof way.

Ronnie... it is indeed a garden shed. Its a wee roof top garden, i found it rather amusing find :mrgreen:

Everytime I look at that picture I get the impression that parts of it are moving. Very surreal.

That sky is quite hypnotic. Possibly the wine, of course...

The wee shed's priceless, love it :D

I had a root around to confirm my memory , and yes there is a tunnel under the lane

I have shaded the approximate tunnel plan , access is from a staircase at the rear of 14/16 Royal Exchange Square and from the rear of 147 Queen Street. You can see there is an angle conforming to the corner of the building on the right of Hazy's picture. The tunnel itself is barrel vaulted , aver 2m tall and slopes as far as I could make out. I have no idea what it would be used for beyond being a stock storage area? Any ideas anyone ?
