Maybe it's just the Victorian in me , but I find that last one disturbing. In a nude handstand sort of way :D

This one isn't a photograph , it's a scan, but the subject of this clipping is definately an oddity.

The petrified vomit of a fish supper, indeed.

I saw this plaque bolted on to a rock on the loch shore, near the derelict building that stands out in the bay, just passed Arrochar. I couldn't see any of the remainder of the plaque around unfortunately.
