Had never noticed the resemblance, but found a photo of Tim Robbins in The Shawshank Redemption on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Robbins, and dang my britches if you ain't got a point.

And you've probably still got time to sign up for the Sibelius series at City Halls :) .

All the water reminded me of the Austrian coast. I recently accepted a commission to command their navy and I am considering my options. It came via an email from Nigeria. They want my bank account details to help order my uniform.
