i drive all over scotland and have noticed lots of large birds of prey living by the side of the motorways. i think this is due to the large amount of prey available living in the grass verges and no mans land at the sides of the motorways. my favourite is the large bird which is always at the steps cut off. i have always been aware of sparrow hawks in glasgow but these larger birds are new.
impressive creatures...they look like killers if thats at all possible :)

Pelegrin Falcon you say. That's a pretty posh name for someone living in Dennistoun
