Hi guys,
I've done a search and can't seem to find an appropriate topic about this so can anyone tell me why theres a roof made out of scaffolding over the war memorial at Kelvingrove park?

Thanks mate but it doesn't answer my question as the post Dex refers to is for the band stand where as my post is about the scaffolding over the war memorial next across from Kelvin Hall.
