Unless I'm being mentally challenged, isn't it the Kelvingrove Art Gallery?

Because it refers to physical spasms and would never have been used to describe "mentally Challenged" The now unused insult you're salivating over is mongol. Get it on a badge and wear it with pride. Remeber to overprint it on an image of Vegas era Elvis and sit in the Travel Cafe in Trongate.

Like it or not, the term is synonymous with useless incompetence. I used the word "spastic" in this sense - to indicate general stupidity.

I could, of course, use the term "mongol" to satisfy your opinion of me... or would "window-licker" or "spacker" do the job better?

Kind regards

Bernard Manning, apparently.

When the Comedians were on. If you can spell synonymous without checking, your vocabulary should include words or phrases which do mean useless or /and incompetent. There's an excuse for the oaps on here who can claim not to know any better but you're just sloppy.
