G'day all

Postby rdt2 » Wed Jul 27, 2005 2:41 pm

I've been lurking on this board for a while and been impressed by it's quality and content. I was brought up Many, Many Years Ago in the shadow of the Cranhill water tower, so that's a thread dear to my heart.

I've been admin and mod on a couple of other boards, mainly GWEnd and FFoot, and recognise a few friends from there (Hi, Celyn!). I think I also recognise the posting style of a few others - they'll know who they are. And I gather that my mate Igor has also registered. God help us all!

Anyway, more information than you'll ever want to know about me is at http://www.mech.gla.ac.uk/~rthomson .

Awrabest,

Artoo.

Fuxache, I'd forgotten about that (sorry, what's the board policy on swearywords). Not that he'll thank me for it but, Igor's at:

Not a bad moothie player either. I'll tell you at one of the end of month swallies where the 'Igor' came from.

And hello HH. Nice to see you here

Thoat it must be you - yer spoor's showin. Mind you, ah'm amazed that any leccie survives long enough tae merit the description 'auld'.

Remember tae pit batteries in yer camera.
