Perhaps prompted by the demolishin of the granary... i was wondering...
"How important are landmark buildings like the granary to the local peoples sense of identity and belonging?"
Personally i think they are vital and help provide a tangible sense of place. Will local be ale to identify so strongly with new "landmark" buildings like the ill fated Glasgow Tower?
hmmm
just thinking
