On 2 occasions recently I have been to Montgomery's on Radnor St. The first time I saw Gerard Butler and the second time I saw Kelly MacDonald.

The funny thing is they were sitting at the same table!

The Rt. Hon. Alastair Darling emerging from La Parmigiana with various hangers-on and into a very up-market people carrier. There was someone else there though, someone worthy of a ministerial car, driver and security but I couldn't wait to find out who.

Durachdan,

I spotted Hardeep Singh Kolhi in the audience of the Elbow gig at the Hydro last Sunday night. :)
Another sunrise with my sad captains, with who I choose to lose my mind,
And if it's all we only pass this way but once, what a perfect waste of time.

our very own banjo playing, jazz singing, folk legend Alastair McDonald. I had a cup of tea with him a couple of days ago. Really nice guy.
