every surname merits a tartan. l have designed loads of personal tartans for people. Give me up to 6 colours including the main background colour and l will come up with something

You don't have to have worn a kilt to own your personal tartan. If you change your mind let me know. The last tartan l designed and registered was 2 weeks ago for the grandson of Sir Harry Lauder and he has never worn a kilt. see: https://www.tartanregister.gov.uk/tarta ... ?ref=13010

by sheer coincidence I was in his birthplace during the ease of lockdown.portobello a favourite haunt of mine any time of year.he wrote keep right on to the end of the road after losing a son in the war.

I worked part time with John Menzies Distribution in Hamiltonhill. 2 brothers l worked with lived in Davidson; one now works for one of the railway companies and l cannot remember what the other one is doing.

well done Banjo l believe it was. From memory they lived at one of the first houses on the left as you entered Davidson. Can you remember their first names?

yes that's them. I'm sure Scott is the younger one. It's the older one that works on the railway.
