I hope it doesn't befall the same fate as the other churches nearby that are being broken into and vandalised....so many from Anniesland to Knightswood and lately, Scotstoun all broken into recently.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God are an interesting bunch, it would appear. I'm more with Desmond Tutu on this one, naturally enough.

Anyway, good that the building was saved. 'Fountain of Love', though. Fnaar.

Drumry St Mary’s Church’s congregation dwindled when people began to leave Drumchapel with the demolition of the tower blocks and other residential buildings. As a result, Church of Scotland’s services ceased and the building was put up for sale.

I slept through that.
