From the Bartholomew street plan, revised 1969:-

The Ward Boundaries are in red, and Postal Districts in green. Kingston Ward is split between S.1 (G41) to the South West, S.W.1 (G51) to the North West, and C.5 (G5) to the east: perhaps Tradeston is the bit within C.5/G5?

The way 'Tradeston' has been printed onto the map would suggest it is indeed West Street.
