Don't like speculating, but it seems like either he had a seizure at the wheel or something (yet some reports say that the driver got out the cab) - the thing is that bin lorries (and buses) have automatic transmission, so if he had a seizure whilst it was in engaged in Drive, and his foot was on the gas there you have your tragic outcome. Guess we will have to wait on the official inquiry 8O
