Scottish Ambulance Service building - maitland street

Postby Pin » Sun Jul 06, 2014 8:46 pm

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has any photos of inside the Maitland Street Scottish Ambulance Service building or the Ambulance Association building next door? I'm quite curious about them and in particular St Andrew's Ambulance Association's history. I've read just about everything online I can find so now I'm looking for more!

There's a description of the interior in Historic Scotland's listing description, but can't say I've ever seen pics of it - would be a nice addition to Doors Open Day!

I've been in the Ambulance Service part several times, in the past, but can't actually remember anything much about it.
He advocated for the weak against the strong, the poor against the rich and labour against capital.
