More than likely, but they were planning on a 2 shift system for radiology at the new South, don't know if that was going to happen at GGH as well but I suspect so.
He advocated for the weak against the strong, the poor against the rich and labour against capital.

When I had my first CT scan for my cancer diagnosis in 2009 it was at 18:45. That was in Monklands right enough, but I suspect GGH, GRI etc all run double-shifts to cope with demand.

I had a CT scan at the RI a few weeks ago @ 6pm. Its open till eight Mon-Fri.

Now if only our extremely hard pressed, stressed out, poorly paid (at approx. £100k P.A.) and under valued GPs could deliver a similar service .........

Nope, not a chance of that, they'd have a mass collective heart attack if it were even suggested.
