It's the city's tallest hotel room up on the top floor no doubt about it as it's at the top of the hill - so you are higher up than in the 20th floor of the Hilton or the 16th Floor of the Moat House/Crowne Plaza (and you don't even have to fork out for a suite or an executive room, like the Hilton or the C.P!) In that area however, you are still lower than either the Townhead or Dundasvale multis.
