What was the name of the Scottish band that recorded the theme to the Tennants advert The song was you got the power la la la ......
Also one of the Levi adverts had a Scotish band do the music.... The one with a family on a horse drawn rig crossing an American farm land .

Tennent's advert was "You've Got The Poer" by Win, who werent as bad as someone in an earlier post suggested. I quite liked their rather strangely titled album "Uh! Tears Baby (A Trash Icon)". Wacky guys...

Levis advert.....wasn't it by Stiltskin? Whose lead singer later went on to join Genesis after Baldy Phil Collins had left.

Yes, it was. The song was called Inside.

I can't believe you missed out the Delgados. Class.

Bis, The Silencers, The Humff Family and my personal favourite Baby Chaos.

Not to mention the mighty Holmes, sadly now defunct.

Garbage are a quarter Scottish (and 3 quarters..well, garbage).

Snow Patrol can kiss my hairy ass - they are Irish and conveniently forget that if it weren't for us pesky Stow college kids, they would still be stuck playing shit holes in Dundee.

Is it not just Jake, one of the two Alabama 3 vocalists who is Glaswegian?

Anyway greatest Scottish band must be Gaberlunzie. Been doing the rounds for years - still at it - total masters.

They would totally molecate The Corries in a Harry Hill's TV Burp style...... FIGHT!!!!!!
