Saw this guy yesterday. Hadn't seen him in a long time . He came onto the 62 bus we were on and amid some stares and comments about Halloween.

That's a co-incidence - I saw him yesterday too !! It was early afternoon and he (and I) was walking along Gordon Street to Central Station. I think someone must have annoyed him at one point because he turned round and started having a bit of a rant at them, the only bit I caught was "....if you want something to laugh at....".

He's on Bloodbus as well
EDIT: As it's been mentioned about 10 times on there
I really should read links first.

The scarecrow was in the same wee shop as me today. Apart from being a bit loud (voice I mean) he seemed remarkably normal. After he left I tried to convince the shopkeeper of this guy's fame, but I don't think he believed me

Perhaps, if you hadn't said fame...

Just created an account there so i could comment on this, I first met this guy years ago when i was 14/15
He used to wander up to me and my friends and just shout random stuff and make noises.
very strange guy, somethin not quite right about him tbh :).

I seem to remember about 2 or 3 years ago around xmas time, i was waiting for a bus at hope street and he was wandering about , he then got on the bus and started giving a couple of young girls grief then a group of elderly women were complimented on their clothing by him, then he loudly told the whole bus that he was bi and he used to live in Manchester

Saw him walking down the Saltmarket yesterday. He was shouting at a bunch of junkies across the road from him. Couldn't make out what he said to them, but as of 2012, he seems to be still kicking about.

Anyone know if the electric Scarecrow is still wondering about Glasgow city center? I haven't personally seen him in about 8 years.
