Former Maclay Hall, 17 Park Terrace

What has happened to this building since it went on fire several years ago, as described vividly in words and video in a forum here? Has it been renovated and turned into townhouses, or is it an untenanted victim of the financial downturn? It is listed on a website as a Backpackers' Hostel, but the phone is disconnected.
