BaZ I think you are getting Oatlands and Polmadie mixed up.

Probably right there. I always get Polmadie, Oatlands and Hutchestown all mixed up.

What to do when out taking photos is carry a big Maglite torch with you in a backpack. If neds then show a serious interest in your camera and you cannot get away, you can then offer to show them the back end of the torch. 8)
