It doesn't say - it actually says for let / sale ... its not listed on the agents site yet either.
But, 12, 265 sq feet and 22 car parking spaces.

i live not too far from the south rotunda.. pass by it everyday.... when i was young i once dreamt it was a spaceship and inside it was a huge comic shop selling DC Marvel comics... hows that for an idea ??

..its a fantastic building which could be made to a lot of good usues and its location is second to none, right at the heart of the city.. i believe if the right idea and investment was put in this building would be veryyyyy hot property..
