Not sure - I think it's just the tower first.

Low flats are coming down just now, noticed the left hand top corner had a couple of floors nibbled away when I passed on the M8 this morning

Did this go ahead as planned yesterday? Through in Edinburgh today and wasn't in Glasgow yesterday either, so haven't passed by yet.

There's a few vids of it up on You Tube now. Looks like just another textbook blowdown. Normally there'd be a fair few pics up on the HG forums by now but as one would expect its been overshadowed by the tragic events at the Clutha Vaults over the weekend :(

Thanks RA!

Yeah, wasn't sure if the events at the weekend would have put it back a bit.

Looked a good drop! Though there seemed to be some people within the exclusion zone :|

Anyone know when the block nearest the motorway is coming down - I'd say it was quite some time away before they get it emptied as there are still loads of lights on at night when you go past.

I thought I'd seen somewhere that one was going to be "nibbled" …. haven't noticed anything happening though.

Confirmation today that the last Red Road block, 33 Petershill Drive, is to be emptied by the end of March, presumably with a view to stripping out the valuable stuff then handing over to Safedem.

Shame.
