Another nibbler job? Suppose it'll have to be, being so close to Dumbarton Road.

Maybe not. I think they nibbled at Plean Street because those flats couldn't be brought down with charges without landing on the adjacent buildings. The Kingsway flats seem quite isolated from other buildings. They brought down the Stirlingfauld flats despite Gorbals Street being a busy thoroughfare.

Anyway, in the meantime there's this to be looked at. I hope it makes the right noises...

I passed that way today .. I do hope the blocks being razed aren't the ones that are presently being clad and having the double glazing put in.

Was speaking to a friend and it is the block closest to the camera and the one to the right - both closest to Dumbarton Road, so it's likely it will be a nibbler job when the time comes.

I thought so Brian .. the ones being clad are further up toward Knightswood shopping centre and the bottom ones are awfy close to the main thoroughfare.
