Apologies if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it.
I was hoping someone could tell me the history of this redbrick building that sits in Dalmarnock between Swanston Street and Carstairs Street. It's now leased out on units for workshops and lock-ups but I hoped someone would know what it used to be. Cheers.

I think this is an old cotton spinning mill, built in the 1880's for the Glasgow Cotton Spinners Co. Ltd.

Yes, I'm sure you're right, googling images of the cotton mill at that address, it certainly looks like the same building. Thanks!

Hi, was that not the old DRG. Lairds Building in Carstairs St.?. Correct me if I am wrong I remember they made the bread wrappers many years ago, among other things.
