someone from Sunderland, So called because with their unique vocal style they refer to mak and tak instead of Make and Take - hence they makem and takem instead of make them and take them.

They also have Boo-eks and scoo-el (both with an oo sound like in moo)

They are the sworn enemies of Geordies - those born within the city boundaries of teh city of Newcastle upon tyne or some such boundary.
