Yep! You buy an all day ticket and, as you said, travel round getting off at every stop for a libation. There's a couple of different variations but that's the general idea.

I was having lunch in Fat Cats yesterday and it was exactly the same. This happens when they don't rinse the mop before or after using it. Not nice.
