Three Canucks in Glasgow & over Scotland (January 2 to 8

Postby maZe » Sat Nov 04, 2006 6:22 pm

Well, let's face it, I can't live without Glasgow so I felt the very urgent need to come back. And this time, I'm bringing 2 other adorable Canucks (aka Canadians) with me, all explorers of the abandoned.

We'd love to meet up for some exploring or even just for a pint :)

We'll be in the best city in the world from January 2nd to January 8th. We might also spend a day or two in Edinburgh and maybe go up North (Inverness? Aberdeen? Elgin? I dunno yet...)

Can't wait to be there!!!

Great news! Come on over. It will be a great time to be in the city.

So here are the details...

It's quite simple actually. Me, Nel58 (Aka Danielle) and tijeff (aka JF), we will be in Glasgow from January 2nd to January 8th. We're staying at the Glasgow Hostel on Park Terrace (http://www.glasgowhostel.co.uk/).

We're technically all from Montreal, Quebec, Canada (I say technically cause I moved from Montreal 10 years ago but I still visit almost every week).

We are all experienced urban explorers and we love abandoned stuff and historical stuff.

We have absolutely nothing planned as of yet and although I've been to Glasgow before a few times, none of the 2 others have set foot in Scotland so there is much for them to see.

I'm thinking of perhaps doing some sort of "night oot"... Babbity Bowster perhaps? Or any other place really. I'd love to see some of you again or meet you for the first time if we have ever met :) I must say I miss Glasgow a lot and can't wait to get back!!!

I'm leaving for Paris tomorrow but you can reach me at [email protected]

Merry Xmas to all of you! Cheers!
