I ask for the benefit of others (cos I don't think I have any left) but would Individual Learning Account (ILA) money cover the cost of this?

ILA is now SDS (Skills Development Scotland) and the answer is probably not. Only classes where you can gain credits qualify and the "0" presumably means that there are no credit points.
