I very much hope to make this, as I've wanted to visit Wallace's Well for some time now. But it will be weather dependent.

Any of the usual suspects getting the train from Queen St?

Thinking 11:22 according to the rail enquiries Platform 5.

Could meet at Queen St if anybody's interested

No service low level to Springburn, BUT and hourly service form Queen St High level, leaves at 22mins past the hour and returns at
17mins past the hour.

Buses between partick and shettleston, but trains will run to/from central low level

@Old Jock, times are right but platform may change, its the cumbernauld service. Return from Queen St is £1.90

I'm happy to meet up at Queen Street guys. If the one train is cancelled then it seems First Bus are running a Sunday service.

I'll be at Queen Street too, assuming my survival of Hogmanay and all that.

Haha maybe we should all use that dreary phrase and say hope to see y'all there .................................. God willing!

I used to work in the Civil Service next to a guy, who was only in his late twenties, who used to say that regularly. You could always tell when he had a poor weekend as his reply to a good morning would be "what's so good about it. It's another Monday. Another week nearer death". Unless he was kaybabing the world for the couple of years was around his company he was being legit.

OniHoo looking forward to this - even if there is a repeat of the quicksand incident of the last January walk. If we're spared that is of course.

Yours Weary Willy-ly

Goad there are more than one in the city that look like me..........that's scary. Not me Banjo haven't been out to Cloudybank for a while. If anybody does see me shout over for a chat if you've got the time. I look like that all the time honest, even if I'm not in a grump (not so often)

I'll try to get to Queen St in plenty time and maybe see some of you there if I don't get lifted for looking shifty

Gaucho............looking forward to it
