I'll put your name on it. Remarkably useful in its time.

Anyone interested in some old maps? I have a couple of dozen of (mostly) cloth-backed OS and Bartholomew maps, mainly of Scotland but there are a few English ones. The Bart ones are mostly 1", with a couple of 1/2" and 1/4". Most of these are from the 1950's. PM me if you're interested in taking them off my hands.

I'll be distributing some of these today. Thank you again, G.

A map of Sutherland and Caithness was distributed in my direction by Josef, pending my imminent removal to Gairloch. I also received a book of walks in the Gairloch area. Thank you Josef and Grahame and LeTigre Boy :D

You're welcome, M. The first person to actually produce a working version of the Star Trek teleporter that enables you to beam down to nights out wins the HG Lifetime Achievement Award.

Bit of a longshot but it seems a shame to put this on a skip.

Denon DVD 2900. One of the finest quality standard def DVD machines prior to Blu Ray. It also does SACD and is a fine CD player.

Mint condition and free to anyone who wants it with remote control, manual and a high quality scart cable.

My DVD player is totally kaput, and I've no intention of upgrading to BluRay, so I'd love it!

Great to hear. I always try to find a new home for old tech rather than let it gather dust in a cupboard.
