City on a Hill.

It's a US crime/corruption/legal drama (loosely based on a true story) starring Kevin Bacon.
Very violent, very sweary.

The Curse of Oak Island on Blaze. Been watching this for a few years. Apart from the appalling programme layout with lots of flashbacks and repeated content - probably about 40% new stuff per episode - I find it strangely addictive. That people allegedly hundreds of years ago would create all of these obstructions to bury treasure 100 foot underground on an Island off Nova Scotia defies logic. The engineering involved would be challenging today. Obviously the so-called treasure hasn't yet been found or there would be world wide media coverage. Until then the team will pump millions in into the project :?

Watched a film on the Talking Picture channel the other day. Venus Peter, filmed in Orkney in 1989 using local people. Story about a wee boy and his relationship with the sea. Moving stuff.
