The Pinkertons, season 1, ep. 4, "The Fourth Man".

Based on real cases from the 1860s in the files of the Pinkerton Detective Agency, apparently. For something that has obviously had a lot of money spent on its production, it somehow still manages to look like it cost tuppence ha'penny.

Did anyone watch "Cider with Rosie" last night? Was it good or just another cosy Sunday evening costume drama?

Just watched the first episode of the new DangerMouse cartoon.

Overall, I liked it. It'll probably take me a couple of episodes to get used to the new voice cast - Alexander Armstrong as DM, Kevin Eldon as Penfold, and Stephen Fry as Colonel K, to name but three.

The first episode of Your Cheatin Heart. Thank you to whoever rescued that from the BBC legal vaults.

Our Friends in the North, series from 1996 Episodes 1-4 so far.
Stellar cast, though they weren't quite as famous back then, Daniel Craig, Christopher Eccelston and Gina McKie
He advocated for the weak against the strong, the poor against the rich and labour against capital.

The Wee Govan Pipe Band. Shameful lack of piping tutors in Glasgow, no doubt in a couple years we'll see plenty of Syrian nose flute tutors paid for by the Scottish Government.

Don't get too excited over the 'X-Files' reprise.

So far, out of three episodes, only one has been worth watching. The latest {ep.03} was abysmal.

Quelle surprise. One of my more long-standing mottoes is "Never go back" - goes for pretty much every re-make of TV series or films ever made IMHO.
Some people hear voices.. Some see invisible people.. Others have no imagination whatsoever.
