Absolute gem of a program on BBC1 Scotland "From Scotland With Love"
Just a series of clips from the archives with no commentary or interruptions.
A must see.
Look out for it in the BBCiPlayer, You wont be disappointed.

It's very good, especially enjoyed seeing the gutters, a job my mother did. Good soundtrack.

King Creosote must be related to the producer.
"I before E, except after C" works in most cases but there are exceptions.

Matt Monro must be birling in his grave...
Another sunrise with my sad captains, with who I choose to lose my mind,
And if it's all we only pass this way but once, what a perfect waste of time.

'A Hard Day's Night' on BBC4. Great songs, good supporting cast, witty script, Dick Lester directing, the Fabs and...Patti Boyd. (swoon)

I'm watching a Brazilian middle-order batting collapse.
They boil them for 20 of their Earth minutes

Well, I did try to watch the Netherlands v Argentina game, but as ever the ITV/STV site is utterly unusable - "Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties..." (I've never known them to not be), so I'm following it on an MBM elsewhere.

On a similar note, I hadn't realised how big a delay there was on the BBC website until yesterday, when I was getting text messages from a friend in Germany who was fully two goals ahead of the coverage here. But at least I could see something on the BBC.

Bah.
