Go on Vladimir - Consistency and dedication is very admirable - I've given up trying to convert people to my (opposite) point of view unless I'm pretty sure I'm among friends (who might not agree with me, but are good enough friends to agree to disagree). So I'll defend to the death your right to express your opinions.

I wonder though if it's ever possible to have a real, rational, discussion on political (small p) kind of things, rather than the usual shooting from the hip of set-in-stone views. (Which tend to leave nasty bruises)
